As we step into 2025, it's time to reflect

I embraced running, writing and meditation

Each activity brought me joy and clarity


I tied my shoes and hit the roads for over thousand kilometers

eager to chase the sunlight

Running became my therapy

a way to escape everyday worries

Each kilometer brought a sense of freedom

reminding me of the beauty nature offers

With every stride

I felt the worries fade

I celebrated small victories with every finish line crossed

not for rewards but for the joy of movement


With my journal open

new ideas poured from my mind

Scribbling words became a weekly ritual

allowing me to express my thoughts more clearly

I wrote more than over fifty two stories that reflected my journey

crafting narratives that moved me

This practice helped me develop my voice and style

Writing wasn't just about putting pen to paper

it helped me understand myself better


Every morning, I dedicated time to meditation

In those quiet moments which turned into over three hundred hours

I discovered a deeper connection with the world around me

Mindful breathing became a lifeline

bringing inner peace amid life’s chaos

In my journey, I learned to focus on my breath

which eased anxiety and invited serenity into my life

With each session

I became more centered and ready to face the day


Now, I sit back and reflect on a year of growth and fulfillment.

The trails I ran

the words I wrote

the peace I found in meditation

and the memories I captured all contributed to my journey


What i learned this year is

there is nothing social in social media

it is your inner circle that drags your down

the worst we imagine has more upside

chase what is right for you

always ignore opinion of others

delete your phone contacts and it will free you

read books as they talk to you

only read long posts

listen to music as it heals your soul

celebrate pain as it will make you stronger

let go of things & people around you

question everything , everyone

no one knows anything

everyone is faking it

solitude brings closer to the answers that you chase for long

converse with only few as most folks are just distractions

time is finite so always be a doer

keep things simple and stay away from any complexity

chase your dreams as it brings happiness

that is a life worth living


I look forward to running 6 days a week

more focus on shorter distance than the longer one

strength train three days a week and add more weights

trim my phone's contact list

reduce the conversations with people

who add no value

ignore all, as I get focused

Align my voice with what i write

write on a daily basis

be regular with my journal

write more on tech

read more fiction

simplify things around me

take more photos

learn the basics

do the vipassana every year

as I learn more

learn new topics

focus on creativity

focus on thinking right

spend more time with yourself

make new friends as the old ones fade away

chase simple joys

is what I intend to do in next year


As year changes and new goals arise

Every step, every word, and every breath

will continue to evolve and flourish

I look ahead with excitement

eager to embrace the next year
